"Don't stay here. I spend the week here for my daughter's graduation and while I was at the even, room service came in the room stole things from me. I notified the owner they did nothing. Check out aday before, Very disappointed."
"This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The first room we were placed in (not pictured) stunk of cigarettes. Picked up the phone to call front desk and the phone had dead roaches. The second room had hair throughout the bathroom and I had to wipe down the counters myself. The shower had issues with water pressure and water was not comfortable. When I woke up the next day to get ready there were roaches . Had no room service except for clean towels. Definitely do not recommend this place if you have children or for a long stay. We were extremely tired from our flight and had stuck it out. The only “good thing “I will say is it was very quiet at night but then again it was a weekday. The only reason we gave them 3 stars was because the Staff was truly nice and attempted to accommodate us. They need to work on cleanliness and pest control."
"DO NOT I repeat DO NOT stay here at this motel they have the worst customer service ever!!!! The owner an Indian lady by the way is extremely rude! Told me to back to Mexico oh and by the way I'm an American citizen born and raised here in San Antonio almost seemed like she was jealous because I was there visiting a friend that was renting a room there she even called the police on me because I responded back to her when she told me to go back to Mexico so I told her to go back to her country and she didn't like that too much if you want respect you need to give respect most of her clients are from Mexico so for her to say something racist like that is out of line!!!"
"This place looks great, they remodeled and gave it a huge makeover BUT well into my stay right before bed i went to take a good hot bath and to my surprise there was no hot water. At all. After taking to front desk he said that, "the temperature of the water is it if his control" so i asked if i could shower in another room and he said for me just to be patient that the hot water will come on. It's been 1 hour and 15 minutes no hot water. So i decided to investigate myself. Upon fidgeting with the knob i learned that it's not that the hot is running cold it is that the hot water had manually been shut off. How do i know this? Because every time I move it a tad to the left which is a hot water it turns completely off this is an indicator that the water valve is shut off. So I called down to the front desk to ask them why this would be so and I received no answer I called again no answer I'm beginning to think that this place should not be a motel at all. What kind of motel does not offer hot water when it is almost 30° outside. Then I also realize that there is no hot water coffee maker there is not even an ice bucket for me to gather or collect any hot water from the sink so I am out of options. Im thinking refund."
