"Booked again to give it a second chance after “unclean room” incident prior. Rooms haven’t improved. Walked into bathroom and water leaking onto floor from base of toilet. No maintenance staff available Front Desk Staff was helpful. Provided a different room."

"Me and my fiancé booked this hotel for 2 weeks when he came home for leave for active duty. It was for 2 weeks so it was about $1200. We called the morning of to make sure the room was ready, we showed up early and was told to come back at 3pm. We showed back up at 3:30pm and the room was absolutely disgusting. Human waste in the toilet, that looked as if it was sitting there for days. Stains on the sheets and bed was not made. Mud and dirty in the bath tub. We went to the front and informed them that we will not be staying there and they refused to give us a refund. The lady in the front was not helpful. We asked to speak to a manager and was told to email him and was not provided a phone number even though everyone could call and speak to them but is. We booked this hotel because my fiancé is active duty and would only be home for these 2 weeks and it turned into him losing another $1200 because we were refused a refund even though the room provided was completely unlivable. We had to book a different hotel as anyone would because literally who would stay after all that. After being treated so poorly. We are still fighting for a refund and is still being refused. This is absolutely ridiculous. He is active duty, fighting for our country and comes home to be treated like THIS. This is not right. Disgusting. Give us our money back."

"Only really positive thing is location. Several reviews state that staff was rude, that wasnt the case for us. The rest however is terrible, first night we arrived we got a room where the matress was so squeaky you couldnt sleep and a rusty bathtub that was all peeled off. We asked for a room change and our next room seemed fine, we tried to turn on the tv, the remote had dead batteries but they solved that immediately. What really made me dislike my stay here was that the internet is unusable and them stating they offer free wifi. The hotel has like 4 different networks they told me to try and none of them worked well, it took me 20 minutes to watch a 5 minute video, most of it spent swtiching between the 4 networks looking for which one would work at a given time. I thought this was because our room was in the fourth floor but when I tried using it in the breakfast area next to the lobby same thing. I was reading the reviews and hotel management answers to the them saying that they hope they can become better with the review but seems that this is just for appearance because a review a year ago states the same problem with the wifi. I would only recommend this hotel if you want to be out at La Cantera or Six Flags all day and come back only to sleep."

"So, I would give the staff and location 5 stars, but the breakfast and cleanliness of the room definitely drops down the rating. The bathroom did not look clean. There was hair on the floor that clearly didn't belong to us. The toilet paper is too far from the toilet itself. There's no wifi password, which is okay, but I'd prefer at least a simple password for security sake. The star of breakfast was definitely the waffle makers. The eggs were disgusting. The apple juice was pretty good, but as some reviews stated, the orange juice was just water, not even watered down. I liked the numerous outlets in the room. The mini fridge and microwave were also convenient. The person that checked us in was very nice and gave us a room on the first floor, which was great since their elevator was broken at the time. Also, a con that their elevator was even broken. Overall, it was great customer service, but not the best room quality."

"Fist off I normally do not write reviews! This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. The floors looked like they have never been cleaned. The bedding was full of stains. The shower was full of hair. The room smells like mold. When we woke up we all had headaches and our eye were puffy. We did not feel right almost in a fog. I went to complain but another family was down complaining about the same issue, the front desk just told off the other family, so just decided it was not worth the fight after being on the road for 14 hours already. The food was breakfast was disgusting, the sausage I think was a mystery meat it did not seem to even been sausage. Don’t stay here not worth the money."
