"I’ve used them in the past, me and my family. I hired them for the smallest thing about me not having in hand proof my registration when I got pulled over by a police on a bike. Now, the car was new and definitely had the registration in order. Due to health matter I didn’t have the energy to worry about it, so I left them in charge. Apparently I sent the registration for my other vehicle instead of the one I was being charged for. I hired them back in August/Sept and I just got the notification at the end of Nov saying that they found me guilty and now I have to pay a fine of $170- I guess just for fun, huh? They responded that can help me again by hiring them again and paying them a fee which I find that unfair to be honest.
