"This hotel is horrible. Bed sheets are stained, shower was dirty, they only give you like 2-3 bath towels which isn’t enough. It was my husband and 3 kids. The refrigerator was disgusting and had ice in it which was a nasty brownish yellow color. And the little coffee maker had a tea bag in there for who knows how long that it had grown mold. It’s obvious they don’t clean their rooms well if at all. Definitely will bring my business to a better hotel the next one we are in the area."

"Ms Stephanie was THE BEST!! Always accommodating. FRIENDLY, HOSPITALABLE, AND VERY ENGAGING! We checked in late, and she knew who I was, and knew I was there for our son graduation from Air Force bootcamp. Location was great for where we went. Rooms were nice and clean."

"Checking was fast and easy. During checkout, I forgot my cooler in my room. I contacted the hotel and I spoke to the front desk, Amy. She then went and retrieved my personal item and held it at the front desk. After my two hour meeting ended, I went back to the hotel and was greeted by Amy whom then returned my item back."

"Here is another hotel that is poorly kept by management. They won't bring you towels. You have to bring your dirty towels to the front desk and they exchange them 1 for 1. I only had two large towels in my room and the bigger black guy that works the fresh at night wouldn't give me face towels or anything. He kept saying I had to bring my dirty ones. I can't give you what I've never had. I had to get a room with a Jacuzzi tub because supposedly it was the last single king room. The Jacuzzi tub was gross. There were pubes all in the tub. The jets were falling out of the side, and there were a bunch of holes in the bottom of the tub. Then the tub is right in the middle of the suite. Really bad layout of the room. The light was falling out of the ceiling. It felt like someone was watching me. The shower in the bathroom floods the bathroom when you shower. The AC in my room would freeze up and shut off in the middle of the night. I would wake up sweating. They don't serve breakfast until 6:30 and the breakfast they serve is a joke. I will never stay here again. I will make sure nobody from my company stays here when we are in San Antonio on business. I do not recommend anyone stay here unless you like staying as close to hell on earth as possible."

"Very nice & clean! Staff is super friendly. The king bed is very comfortable & rooms are quiet. The breakfast is amazing! I had ordered items to be delivered from stores to the hotel and the front desk called to inform us my delivery was here & they were sending the driver to our room. That was also amazing. I have no complaints, but if I did, I know I could let them know & they would take care of it! I definitely recommend this place."
