"Woke up with Covid and had to cancel my trip. Hotel wouldn't cancel with over 24 hours notice and still charged me. I even tried to move the reservation to a new day as I will be going quarterly and they wouldn't move it either. Poor customer service, it's not like I blew them off"

"PILLOW STAINS - LITTLE BLACK DOTS This hotel is in a great location where a lot of things are accessible within a 5-10 minute drive. You can be at the mall, IKEA, premium bubble tea like The Alley, or Gong Cha and Kung Fu Tea. But the only problem is that there were a few surprises that didn’t make our little weekend trip go well. The hotel charges $10 a night for parking, this is on us but I’m not even sure why they charge because it’s outside parking and it’s just normal. We arrived around 9PM on Feb 15th and the front desk gal was kind of out of it but it’s to be expected I guess for an evening shift staff. They placed us in 622, which is by the elevators. Probably because they saw our daughter and figured she’ll be loud. Then what just shocked us was that our bedroom was dirty. The pillow had these black little dots or stain on them, like over half of the bedroom pillow. I went down to tell the front desk person and he was friendly. It was hard for him to hear me because he had a hearing aide. But later he went up to our room answering gave us a bunch of pillow cases and sheets. WE HAD to change everything ourselves and he said that he’d tell his manager. I think he did because the next day the cleaning lady came to ask to change our sheets but we babe already done that. If anything we thought we’d get a different room. But we didn’t have the ladies change it at that point because we already did it and we didn’t trust them doing it. They should have done it right and cleaned the room the first time. There was also an unused garlic in the fridge that was beginning to mold at the very bottom. The breakfast food was great though, no complaints on the omelet. We made sure to tip the chef."

"It is a good price and location. My stay; the common areas and my room were all clean, up to date and in good repair, even the laundry! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than others at this level. The eggs were freshly made and they have a made to order omelet station! Over all an excellent stay for our business trip to Dallas."

"I dropped my sister and her husband off at this hotel. Never got out of my car. I am now getting an $82 bill for unauthorized parking. I never parked my car, just pulled up let them out and left. What a scam! It will be a cold day in hell before they get a penny! Shady place - don’t stay here"

"The staff was always super friendly and helpful. The gym was well maintained and clean. I would like it if they added some wipes or spray to clean equipment after using. We didn't use the pool but it is indoors and looks well maintained. The property was quiet when we stayed and a quick trip up or down the DTM to get to Dallas or Prosper."
