"Poor service. Hotel Front Desk receptionist couldn't care less we were there. Additional irritant... one bottle of free water for Hilton Diamond Members. Spending thousands every year at Hilton Brands and they nickel and dime you for $15 in water on top of the poor attitude. Hilton service has really deteriorated the past few years. I also recently wrote to Hilton Honors about another bad experience and they didn't even reply! Time to transition to Marriott brands... they seem to care about the customer."

"I cannot comment on the grievances reported by other guests as my stay was for a single night with minimal interaction with the hotel staff and amenities. Check in and check out were very smooth (I had booked through a 3rd party website). Room was spacious with a king bed, desk, couch, microwave, mini fridge and a TV. Air conditioning worked well enough. Bathroom and bed were clean. The room overall could use some touchups as some paint was coming off here and there - but not enough (yet) to be a turn off. There are 2 reasons I'm taking a star off this review. One, only one of the two elevators were operational during my stay which resulted in longer than usual wait times. Two, the breakfast was nothing to look forward to. It was complementary so I tried it. Only consider it if you need to put something in your stomach quickly early in the morning. All-in-all, for the price point, I was satisfied with my stay with the location being great. In vicinity to busy areas of Frisco and off the tollway, near Preston. Generally, a safe and well maintained area. Parking on premises. WiFi was pretty decent. I was able to live stream (espn) with a couple of refreshes. Plenty of food options around and easy 3rd party app delivery."

"This hotel was very accommodating until the maid threw 2 days of my food away while on vacation with my cousin. We attended the same restaurant at the same time. What a horrible experience to keep left overs for another meal and to keep cost down to come back from the pool and my food was touched by hotel staff, someone who is supposed to clean my room only not touch my things. I left my room very neat and clean where only minor straightening needed to be done to the bed. Carmelita the manager told me that my cousin and I who went to brunch together checked out at two different times. We were together which you ca. see on the cameras. The general manager Mr Brandon Gray refused to respond to emails about this matter or take fault of the maids throwing my food away."

"I am a Hilton owner and I expected better. I really don't know where to start I guess from the beginning. Check in was easy through my app. The room was semi clean...hair on the tub. Toilet seat dirty. Hairs on the clean towels. It was a conjoined room I could hear everything the girls next door said like we were in the same room. I asked to be moved the next day. I moved that room was ok the sink and tub was semi stopped up. It was not conjoined so it was quiet. The lobby area has coffee spilled on the counter and floor several times. The coffee out front was cold. The food area was pretty clean. When I arrived back one night they had a note on the door it had to be manually opened. They didn't have any key cards for new guests. Physically walking them to rooms. The front desk guy with chain basically told woman to shut up and hurry up so he could open her door and get back to the front desk. This hotel experience was by far one of the worst. Oh yeah every night I returned the hallway on 4th floor was overcome with marijuana smells."
