"Mike, the boss, is a boss. The long-term parking option is great. And his staff always takes excellent care of my Mexico motorcycle riding group. Cheers, Mextrek"
"As soon as you walked into the room there was a very strong mold smell. Very short after there where 2 small roaches at the door and ac area. It got worse when I checked the bed, pillows where very stinky, like they where never changed before. Sheets had few stains and someone else's hair on it. It definitely lacks cleaning and bed sheets doesn't look they get changed. Price wise it was affordable but I've been into much cleaner hotels for same or less."
"I didn't like this place from the moment I spoke to the receptionist in the front. She was snarky, rude, and did not seem happy to have guests. The room on the booking site is obviously photoshopped and cleaned up because the room I am in is definitely not the room in the pictures. The bathroom is stained, the mini fridge looks crusty, the walls look dirty, and wardrobe/closet non existant. There is no back on the remote controls and I felt like I needed to sanitize everything before even sleeping in the room. The rest of the employees were kind and accommodating and made the stay bearable, but I doubt I will refer this motel (not hotel because it definitely wasn't nice enough) to others or stay here again. Also, bugs! This booking site and the hotel website did not disclose a pet fee, which would've affected my booking choices. I understand hotels reserve the right to charge the fee, however, charges like that need to be disclosed for guests, not sprung up when it's too late to cancel booking and get charged a cancelation fee. I needed to get a lawyer involved in order to not get charged for my service dog, who's still in training but still able to do tasks required for her service. The lawyer had to inform the establishment that its illegal to demand certification on the service animal, demand disclosure of medical information/service requirements for my animal, and refuse service. The same receptionist from check-in needs to reevaluate her presentation because when I was checking out, I wanted to help mitigate future incidents regarding service animals by letting her know what she can legally ask and what's illegal to ask, but she decided to continue being rude and snarky and calling me a liar for retaining my right to not disclose my medical condition and service animal requirement, which I did apologize for as it would've been helpful to mitigate the miscommunication, but she still insisted on certification (on a training dog performing tasks) which is illegal in the state of Texas. It made me extremely uncomfortable and unlikely to recommend this hotel to other guests. Overall, I did not like my stay in this hotel and will likely not book here again."
"Place was a motel nightmare. We checked out after 10 minutes of checking in. Room smelled like mold and drain gases. There was rat dropping on the floors. Mirror was broken down the middle. Never again. Refused to give me a full refund for the 3 days I booked it. They said since I checked in they charged that day."
"The staff was very nice, very helpful and very attentive. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with the jetted tub and it was amazing! The light switch behind the microwave changes the colors around the tub and it was so pretty and so relaxing and the jets work beautifully. The only reason I removed one star is because when you look at the photos of the room online, it is fully furnished, but when we got there, there was literally only the bed and a TV and the fridge and microwave. No dresser or comfy chair or desk table or decor. I understand they may have been removed for cleaning or safety, but we had to leave all of our things packed in our bags and on the floor. The shower was great though, it was high pressured and got nice and hot and felt amazing. We will definitely be going back this summer when we visit family again."
