"I've had two tests (EMMA and Urine mycotoxin) with RealTime Labs. I've talked to Paul several times. Every interaction has been incredibly professional and knowledgeable and I always hang up the phone with exponentially more information (and power!) than when I began the call. Their lab is trustworthy and proven and I've had a poor experience with another lab, which demonstrates RTL's commitment to science and customer service. My mold exposure situation has been so stressful and RTL has given me the information, tools, and resources I need to heal."

"I really hate to do this, but this company and the people I have to talk to to get my questions answered are a joke. I was happy with how my labs were processed, but billing has been a nightmare as they refuse to send the claim to my insurance company. EDIT. I finally talked with a supervisor in billing and walked through the information I needed."

"*See below for update: Sent in urine sample marked "Patient taking Methylene Blue" on blue sample. Doc wanted a sample tested but internet suggested I shouldn't test while on MB. Lab tested anyway, but later confirmed that they should have pulled the sample. They promised to send a new test weeks ago, but have not, and they won't answer calls or email. This was a waste of $300-400 dollars. Unethical. *Thank you for your prompt response. I got the kit the next day. I am still curious how MB affects the test + or - if anyone has time to explain. Much appreciated!"

"Provided inaccurate and useless test results. And they offer no recourse. Edit for owners response: please reply with evidence supporting the false negative and false positive rates. Also provide evidence indicating specificity and sensitivity of your mycotoxin test. Feel free to have one of your doctors reach out. You have my contact information. In conclusion, appears your test has zero efficacy."

"First Jordan came out to help me check in and he then told me my information was not in the system. I became worried and upset. But If I could give 10 stars to you guys I would. We learned I booked 2 of the wrong test for China Travel because the China embassy changed the requirements and I was unaware and I was completely worried about getting my results on time. Dee came out of her office to sit with my husband and I outside with her computer to make sure we book correctly on the website. She gave us the China embassy new requirements for travel to reassure us that we were in fact doing the correct test. Dee was very patient with me even though I was anxious and asked her a million questions. The process was smooth and the staff inside the lab was professional. They confirmed my email to make sure I received the results and assured me a refund for the incorrect tests that I already booked previously.
