"Worst dentist office ever! Took off work and took my kids out of school only to be told I was misquoted SEVERAL times for the price of braces. They were actually trying to charge me twice as much that I had originally been quoted, after I had confirmed the price was for both of my children at the last dentist appointment. Not to mention, both of my kids names were on the price sheet with totals and all. At the prior appointment, the dentist hisself told me that was the price for both siblings because of the type of insurance they have and they were given a sibling discount. After getting no where with the front office, we were called to the back to speak with the dentist about the issue and I was disheartened by the lack of attention and concern displayed by him as we discussed these discrepancies. Despite explaining the situation, he appeared disinterested, focused solely on paperwork, and did not offer any resolution or assistance. My children have been serviced there for quite a while and he had no problem with us not returning. Now we have to find a new dentist altogether because of this terrible experience. I will be making a formal complaint to the BBB and TSBDE. Be cautious of this dentist and office."

"He is the best and wonderful with kids!! My oldest was traumatized very young by a dentist that strapped her to a bed a treated her like an adult so I then switch to Dr. Haider and he completely turned it around, she now loves going to the dentist and is never scared of anything he needs to do, he is also the only dentist her younger siblings have ever seen! I drive almost two hours for my kids to be seen by him and I will keep doing that till my kids are adults!"
