"Only one chair and of course there's a lab tech sitting in it. So I'm waiting on the floor because I can't stand while waiting more than 10 minutes for an appointment to draw blood. Keep in mind I've filled EVERYTHING out but they still don't have all the info. Plus Christian music plays in the background. Ugh!!"
