"First day waited 1.5 hours as walk in to be told our records are not in the system. Called doc next day they can see everything just fine I. The quest diagnostic system. Scheduled appt, never took had to do walk in again. Still not in the system. Asked us back to waiting room while we contact doc office, he said he would check on us in a minute. Got doc on phone 20 minutes before they closed, knocked on door to back office 3 separate time, went back amd put us in as walk in again to get someone to come out. We can see our name on the screen but no one came until they were going to lock the doors. Showed him the requisition the doc emailed me and said he needed it printed and I would need to come back. Completely forgot about us and could have offered to print ot for us but no , said to come back a third time to try and get blood drawn. Never returning to this office again."

"This has to be one of the most unprofessional medical offices I have ever been to in my life. To begin with, there is no reception area with a person. You check in electronically on the kiosk which is fine unless you really need to speak to someone. I checked in and after a while a person came out and called my name. She didn't say a word to me as I walked up to the door, so I smiled and said "Hello". She actually seemed annoyed that I did that and mumbled "hello", then said "second door on the left." I went back to the room and she pulled up my information and said she did not have any doctor's orders for the lab work. I knew this had to be a mistake because my doctor's office sent in the order several weeks prior. I told her I would call my doctor and find out what was going on. My doctor's office assured me they had sent in the orders, but they would go ahead and fax them while I was there since they could not find them. They also told me that this happens a lot. Apparently this office is very inept at finding the orders in their system. So the nurse at my doctor's office stayed on the line with me to make sure they received the fax. I told her I had to wait until someone came out of the locked door to call someone's name before I could find out anything since there is no reception area. About 10 minutes later, another attendant came out and I ran up to tell her what was going on before the door slammed shut. They called me back again and I went into the room as she was pulling up information on her computer. She was asking me "is this you?, is this you?" as she pulled up people with my last name. She finally found the orders and I informed the nurse that was waiting on the phone. To top it off, when she put the needle in my arm to draw blood, it was painful, and I winced. Still not a word from her. After about 30 seconds or so she removed the band and the needle and I thought it was over. But then she proceeded to put the band lower down my arm and I asked what was happening and she said she didn't get enough blood, that it had stopped. So she put the needle in again close to my hand. Her lack of caring and kindness was disturbing. I felt invisible. If this person is not happy with her job she should do both herself and her patients a favor and work somewhere else."

"This is the second time going to this location and if we have the choice, we will never go anywhere else again. This location has the best nurses staff we have ever encountered anywhere. Super nice, super helpful, very professional and beyond understanding. My daughter has POTS and has a difficult time giving blood. She gets nauseous and tends to past out easily. Her anxiety level goes through the roof when she knows she has to go give blood, but not at Quest Diagnostics in Carrollton. They completely understand her situation and are the most accommodating to her and her situation. She’s 22 by the way, so she’s not a little kid. I only go for moral support and just in case she ever gets close to or actually passes out. We travel just over 40 minutes to get to this location even though there are other locations within 10-15 minutes from our house. I truly cannot say enough good about them. They are exactly what you should expect from your nursing staff."

"Do not make an appointment ahead of time. Just get there when you get there and make an appointment at the kiosk. Came in early thinking maybe I could get seen early. There are no people here to ask. No one at the window. The phone number is all robots. You'd think they'd see in their system that you're here in the waiting room after you check in with no people ahead of you? Nope. They ignore you. Can't reschedule either. Can't make a new appointment. You're stuck to listen to the same Temu ad over and over again until you can eventually go in at your designated time. You will sit there for half an hour with no one being seen (I know this because the TV said this) and you will not have the ability to change your time. It's incredibly stupid."

"Check in process is not efficient - few of the staff require some professionalism. Vanessa and Keena were wonderful in handling us. Quest allow to come with no appointment (walk-in) also. They have ample free parking outside and the office is very clean. Waiting area has ample chairs and one can wait outside in car also."
