"Doctors and nurses are super friendly. This one star is for ER crew. They showed us so much attitude when checked us in. This hospital needs to hire more staff in the lab because we have to wait 6 hours just to know the results of blood test and CT Scan. Why it takes so much time. Blood test result 1-3 hours to get result according to the hospital. But we have to wait 6 hours. It really sucks. Patient is dying with pain and no one has the results and no treatment start until doctor know what the results are. Such a waste of time and money."

"A year ago today, my day dad passed away at this hospital. The care he received was the most horrendous experience I've ever seen. My dad was brought here to be seen for help cause he was getting sick. When he got there, he was admitted to be watched over where he was injured from basic things such as inserting a catheter. Due to the care he was receiving, we decided to transfer him to another hospital because he was getting more sick, and the care was was sub par (minimal). They denied us to transfer him, even after we stayed we would pay our own money. He was eventually put in the ICU, where they offered to put him on a ventilator, stating it would cause his body to be more calm and heal up. They stated that if they put him under, they could wake him back up. Well, guess what they couldn't wake him back up. My dad and another individual there, for separate reasons, were both put under with the same promises, and when they attempted to wake him, they couldn't. We asked multiple why he wasn't, and they would make excuses saying the medicine not wearing off. I believe they overdosed him with fentanyl and precedex (not sure if spelled right), but the same concoction, the same result, put them under but didn't wake him. We asked them if everything was good and they stayed yes! But when we left, they snuck him down to get an MRI behind our back because they were unsure. While in that state, they would leave him unclean, and we would have to go behind him and clean him. Eventually he started to have kidney failure, which he didn't have kidney failure before, they ended up putting him on dialysis( the dialysis machine stopped working and clotting which they stated it wasn't then came back to admit that it was. His machine that was reading vitals was broken twice, causing him to have to move rooms and give inadequate reads, causing them to give inadequate medicine off what it was reading. It was just appealing watching them basically treat him like he was trash. I am a first responder myself (a police officer) because being vocal about the treatment, they made up false claims of being in fear and claims about being in fear because they knew I was a cop and seen me in uniform. Well, the guy they saw in uniform was a police officer of Carrollton that a buddy of that they mistaken for me because we are both African American. They then tried to back track later and stated they didn't say that, nor did they feel that way, but the security guard that approached me said indifferent. I've been a first responder over 6 years faithfully serving on 2 different large cities. I'm baffled by individuals who literally hold the or are supposed to hold the most uptrust you can have, which is a medical profession. I couldn't imagine treating a dog on the streets the way they treated my dad. He was a captain in the military, where he served this country in the hardest of times. He faithfully served as a dad, mentor, and friend to anyone. I would call him an angel on earth. It is sad that he survived war and many things, but the way he went out was in misery in the care of individuals who were supposed to help him. The negative reviews you see those are real. Don't mistake this hospital to be the same care as it was under Baylor of Carrollton they don't care about your loved ones. All he was worth to you was $400,000, but to many around, and I mean many, you couldn't put a dime to the caliber of man he was. If you love your family and they need serious help, please, I beg you, don't bring them here they might not make it out. The heads of this hospital are corrupt. They only saw him as a dollar sign, nor do they care. I have overwhelming physical evidence against them, and the hospital needs to make this right. Right for him and those they have put in similar situations. My dad was a fighter and spent his life fighting for his country now it my turn and our turn as a country to continue to fight what's right and right now what the medical care being given to people isn't right. #what in the dark eventually comes to the light."

"I highly recommend Carrollton Regional Medical Center. They are amazing here. The facility is immaculately clean. They took really good care of me. My doctor kept me calm and talked me thru my procedure. Great communication. After care was even better my nurse Cathy was amazing. She was very attentive and highly skilled and gave really good directions at discharge and answered any and all questions i had. Everyone I came in to contact with here was amazing. I am really happy that this is the hospital in my neighborhood. I could not have felt more safe or in better hands. Thank you ALL"

"I had one of the best Hospital visits for a test. Tamera their Respiratory Therapist has to be one of the nicest people I have met to administer the test. It was a blessing to have someone as knowledgeable, and willing to explain every step of the test and the reason for it. She explained what the cause of my symptoms in the kindest way. I was apprehensive of what the test may find, but she explained exactly how my body was reacting. I feel much more informed and not worried but know what I need to do to handle the symptoms I have been experiencing for several months. It was a good experience, that I was grateful to be assigned the respiratory therapist."

"My mother was a patient and I can say I have zero complaints with this place. I kid you not I feel like we stayed at a 5 star hotel! The nurses, doctors and dietary staff were absolutely amazing. They made our week long stay here so smooth and comfortable. They made my mother feel like royalty and dare I say she may have made a friend or two. I cannot thank everyone at Carrollton Regional Medical Center enough for the amazing job they did in making sure she was well taken care of and comfortable. YALL ARE AMAZING!!"
