"0/10 ... was told my dog "didn't seem distressed" and they couldn't see him for an hour and a half, after I had sat up with him all night have seizures and fits of pain that would last 10 minutes at a time. Yes I was upset that my lifelong companion was dying and there was nothing I could do, but the doctor and staff showed zero sympathy. I went somewhere else, it was a night and day difference, and I won't be coming back. If I could give zero stars I would. *Took you long enough to reply, that's about as much pep in your step as you and your staff had that day. It wasn't an emergency at the time when I had called the day before, it became one the next morning. I don't care if your staff said he was stable, he 100% was not and was terrified sitting in that seat. He was dead within 30 minutes. Again, you'll never see a cent from me."

"My cat has had a rough few weeks with different health issues and I cannot thank Dr Cundiff enough! His compassion for my cat and his understanding of the underlying issues I cannot detect that concern me is amazing. Every suggestion he’s had has helped and brought both me and my cat comfort. Also shout out to Allie for answering my worried phone calls with a great deal of kindness and understanding. Another shout out to Karen for knowing just how to handle my cat, she’s been there every visit over the past few years that I can remember and my cat is instantly soothed, even when he doesn’t feel well, by her presence. Highly recommend this office, the staff really truly care!"
