"We have stayed here multiple times. Sometimes as long as a week. Service is top notch, location is convenient though it can be a little loud. Some rooms could use some updates. Lighting in rooms is dim, difficult to read. Also very sparse and not well thought out set of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Tough to make even a basic meal. Plentiful plates and glasses, but no can opener, no large bowls for, say mixing a salad. I am probably not the typical traveler in what I prepare for meals, but I doubt I am the only one who could use these things. ."

"We have stayed at Chase Suites El Paso several times while we got dental work across the border. Each time Eric was at the front desk. He met us with a HUGE smile and a can-do attitude. He is friendly, funny, helpful and wonderful!! The one thing I might suggest to Chase is to stock the rooms with a bit more in the way of kitchen items. The one pot and one pan were old, and had that teflon coating, which was peeling a bit. The mugs for morning tea and coffee are way too small. But other than that we always have a good stay and we love seeing Eric and the other desk staff they are so helpful, friendly and kind!"
