"This place is ridiculous. My wife has been struggling with mental health issues, and numerous physical health issues. She got to see her primary care provider for 2 minutes, just to be handed a slip of paper with numbers to call. What the actual ****? The doctor showed no interest in even learning anything about her ailments, no verbal advice given. Just numbers to call. I thought it was a doctors job to learn more about their patients so they can find ways to help them. The doctor gave her an appointment for 3 months out, for a Pap smear. What a joke this place is. Why even have a soldier family care center when they don’t even do their job. Do yourself a favor, get a referral to an off post doctor. Save yourself some time and prevent the stress this place will give you."

"I appreciate all the staff, nurses and Dr working tirelessly to help everyone. For everyone’s information on your kiddos school/sports physicals: make sure to bring in your paperwork because they do not provide that to you here. If you don't then you'll have to wait up to five days to get a sports physical done. I learned my lesson. Sometimes it’s easier to just get it done at urgent care for $25 and you get everything done hassle free."

"Who’s my Dr? No idea you will never keep one from one appointment to the next. Appointment that’s another thing I called today 9/12/2023 and I can come to see someone they don’t know who, in November. This ain’t new we’ve been here for two years and it’s been this way the whole time. When you do get to be seen the lab orders disappear and you have to start all over."

"Every time I call to make an appointment, it's over two months out, and they don't actually ever make the appointment, they just tell me to go to urgent care. Also, the one time I did see my NP, she was rude and altered my medication and then refused to send me to a specialist to be reevaluated. Worst medical care in 20+ years of dealing with military medicine. Even Fort Hood had better medical care."
