"I made a visit to the ER a few years because I needed antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection. I had a fever of 101. I sat in the emergency for hours. I would watched all these patients go to the back for treatment. These patients entered the ER after me. I finally made it to the back and was disappointed in the treatment given by the nurse practitioner. I was tested for the flu but I knew I did not have it. I had to go back to the ER two days later early Saturday morning. I finally got the antibiotics that I needed to get better. I have never been back. The nurse practitioner needs to listen to patients in what they need to get better. If I would have gotten antibiotics the first time I would not have to suffer for two days. I will go to Medical City in Dallas. I have stayed there for 5 days for treatment because of fluid on the lungs. They are so polite and care about the patients. I don't feel good now and dread to go this ER."
"My wife and I travelled from the UK to Dallas to have our child here through surrogacy. Our daughter was born 3 days ago at Methodist Richardson. It is hard for me to put into words how extraordinary the experience was. The building is very well designed - quiet and peaceful and so professional. The nurses were off the chart wonderful. One nurse, called Kristen, stayed on for over 2hrs during labour as she was so invested in our journey, despite having a 3 month old at home waiting for her. I never knew hospitals could be this good. We will always remember the 3 days we spent here for the birth of our child. We saw the very best of Texan hospitality and warmth. It was very special and we are so grateful to all the wonderful people who work there for making the most important moment of our lives so comfortable and happy. Thankyou."
"This is the best hospital I have ever been to! I delivered my baby here. Adrianna was my L&D nurse she’s amazing and helped me and partner have the most amazing experience. Everyone that took care of us was amazing and prioritize our needs and wants when helping us welcome our beautiful daughter into this world. A month after having my daughter I came to Er for some pain in my abdomen. I had to get surgery. And once again I have the most amazing staff taking care of me. Making sure l am well taken care of and help keep me comfortable. I will forever be amazed on how wonderful their service to our community is and would never go anywhere else for my care."
