"I shop here all the time, spend thousands here every year. I came in 20 minutes before closing. I wanted to purchase a set of China and didn’t understand how it was marked. The woman there told me she didn’t want to sell me the China at that time being that they were closing soon and she wanted to let her volunteers go early because of the holiday. I informed her I would just put in my car, no packing. She never answered my question walked away. This is terrible customer service. I’ve never been treated this way here at all. I told her I would come back after the holiday. No thank you, no Merry Christmas. Extremely rude woman. Not sure if I will go back."
