"I had been using this place for a long time, over 8 years. Never had an issue, was a returning customer, referred plenty of people for purchases & maintenance. Called to ask if they would be able to provide an estimate for a repair & the lady who answered was very rude & hostile. She kept guessing what I was needing help with, rather than listen to what the repair was about. She kept cutting me off, not letting me speak. Again, I asked if they’d be able to do the repair even if I dropped off (something previously done here) to which she just stayed quiet & hung up. She didn’t even bother listening to what I was inquiring about. Trash customer service by the desk staff!"

"Overall experience has been 5 stars. Decent prices, but the most important thing to consider when purchasing used appliances is the customer service. Easy scheduling, great install, even hauled away my old dishwasher. Great communication. Take a picture of your receipt!! Helps a lot when contacting the store. Most purchases come with 40ish day warranty. The new dishwasher had a few issues which they returned twice to fix. Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommend!"

"We are so happy to have found these great pair of Washer & Dryer for $649 including delivery and hook up. Everyone at Alberto's were so diligent in showing us the inventory available. We saw and purchased them on Saturday and they had Monday delivery. They came earlier than the time that we originally had programed the drop off. SUPER EXCITED! can't wait to start doing laundry"
