"I went to three Home Depot‘s getting told no we don’t have one of those to rent out. You might try the next one for about two hours. Finally 3 HD later got to the one here on 620 and was welcomed with a bunch of snide comments about how no one knows how to use the tools, right Then to get told that because my ID is expired, they can’t rent the tool anyway?! What does having a valid drivers license? Have anything to do with renting a carpet shampooer. This is the biggest bunch of idiocy I think I’ve ever heard of. Then the tool rental clerk decided to give me a scalding for driving up to Home Depot with the expired drivers license. I have a valid drivers license I just lost it so I grabbed this one so I could at least have some type of identification and can’t get into the DMV for six months. thanks to all the people that keep moving to Austin . Leave it to Home Depot to keep the tool bags working in tool rental. Looks like customer service hasn’t been a thing at that place in a long time"

"came to get some turf and the workers who helped us, Alan and Julie were their names, did absolutely nothing but complain the entire time they helped us. Constantly saying how much they hated helping to cut turf, messing up the math on prices on multiple occasions, and even going to the extent of talking badly about other customers and their requests. i’m very very disappointed in this and i hope to never have to experience such lazy and arrogant workers again."
