"Pretty rude and up front about money when my pet is actively dying in front of them. Had to put him down , he was not doing well and I didn’t want him to endure more pain before his time. So I also told them to put my baby to sleep before giving the life ending injection. I wanted them to be asleep before passing. Instead , they give my pet the injection while he is fully awake and conscious. I have to watch him jump of the table and try to run away , then writhe around and die. You guys are sick and I’ll forever have to live with this image. I mean I asked you guys to put him to sleep with anesthesia why couldn’t have you just done this. It was an awful way to die. He couldn’t even stand or move , then I see him just up and try to run away at his last moment and struggle. I didn’t want this to happen, specifically, my baby didn’t deserve this and it was the worst thing I’ve ever seen and it was a whole year ago. RIP to my Leo. It was the worst thing I have ever seen. Next time do what your patient asks and don’t be so rude about money , calling to demand money immediately after I get home from you guys failing to do a humane method. Watching him die like that was torture. I hope you never fail another pet like this or their family. It was awful to know my baby felt that way in his last moments."

"Wasn’t given options when it came to a treatment plan. Didn’t really take a look at my dog or clean her wounds up so not sure how they came to the conclusion of her treatment plan. After we left I had to go home and clean all the blood off my dog. I’ve been 2 other times before and had amazing service and was given treatment options. But this time I’m having to follow up with my primary vet because I want to make sure my dog gets the right course of treatment."

"The staff here are amazing. They were all very thorough, kind, communicative and helpful. I got a price estimate for each potential treatment plan. I, unfortunately, had to make the hard decision to put my sweet pup out of her suffering. The staff was kind, empathetic, and allowed me to take as much time as needed. They were all incredibly supportive and reassuring throughout the whole process. I highly suggest MedVet for any emergency care if you want a supportive and caring facility. "Loki very suddenly was putting no weight in his back leg this past Sunday and was drooling everywhere and was clearly in a lot of pain. The receptionists are very attentive and friendly, and so are the techs that we saw. Dr Bryan was wonderful and my shih tzu even hobbled over to greet him and give a tail wag. We were there for a while but he was the only vet there that day and several other cases were critical - they still paid attention to us and made sure he was stable. Cleaned up his puke, got us a blanket. Wonderful people. Sent us on our way feeling better with meds and Dr Bryan called the next day to check on Loki. It's very nice to know that there's such a wonderful locations for emergencies nearby. He's feeling much better! They do accept pet insurance as well"
