"BEWARE they completely ripped me off by not disclosing the damage of the bed I purchased. The bed I purchased has several broken pieces they did not disclose at all. I never would’ve purchased the item knowing how defective it was. Pictured is what I purchased, and then the state of the item at pickup & my husband was told that’s how it was when I bought it. Absolutely not I never would’ve purchased any item with this much damage. I had much higher hopes for a place whose reputation is an Austin treasure but wow was I disappointed. Will never purchase from them again. If you plan to, check everything twice if not three times for damage. Consignment doesn’t mean broken furniture for sale, especially without making buyers aware of the damage."
"Purchased my lamps at Its new to me and I love them! Great price and very friendly salespeople. I will be returning."
"We have been searching for the perfect dining table for months. We found this store one day and inside was this gem. Absolutely loved it and purchased same day, the customer service was amazing. So grateful to you all for the help! We went out and bought these chairs at another location to match and LOVE the result!"
"After searching on Google, I discovered It's New To Me and reached out to the owner, Jay Pyeatt. Jay was not only professional but also had a friendly demeanor, which made the selling process of my 4 chair dining room set a breeze. I dropped off my set on a weekday since that's the only day Jay accepts drop-offs. He works on a 50/50 split if your item sells and encourages checking back monthly to see if your piece has sold. Fortunately, my dining set sold after two months, and I received the option of a check in the mail or collecting it in-store. This arrangement worked perfectly for me, allowing me to get my furniture out of my apartment before moving and displayed in Jay's showroom. I highly recommend stopping by It's New To Me and working with Jay if you have items to sell that he could use in his showroom. Thank you, Jay!"
"Walked in to this, the third “consignment” store we had tried today with little hope of finding anything but crazy prices. What a delight!! Great furniture! All true consignment furniture: modern and antique choices both. Wonderful staff Walked out with two desks, a beautiful mahogany dresser, and the hutch I so needed. Definitely recommend this store!"
