"Honestly I was skeptical of the website and prices being too good to be true. We found a set of furniture we liked at Hickory Furniture mart in person but it was around $6,500 total. Went home to think on it and found the same set for around $5,000 here and ordered it. All furniture came perfectly, hassle free process."

Took off one star because they charged my credit card in full for my order in November when I placed the order, stating it was because it was shipping immediately to their NJ distribution facility and we would have it by end of the year. It did not end up shipping til months later (late January) and was not delivered until February. While I understand supply is out of their control, they should not have charged my card the full amount in November when it was not shipped and delivered until February. However they did answer within a day of me checking in, by both phone and email."

The chairs arrived in perfect shape (no shipping damage) and I assembled them easily. The company was great about keeping me updated on delivery status, including a tracking number."
