"After years of getting couches from goodwill or from relatives passing them down we finally decided enough was enough and we wanted a nice couch. The entire staff at Austin Couch Potatoes are very friendly and accommodating, but we would give 10 stars if we could to Jacob for his customer service in assisting us. We visited twice- once to "test drive" the model I had already picked online, and then again to make our final order. They have so many options and will help you pick the best couch for you- Jacob helped us determine what fabric would be best for our lifestyle (a lot of energetic cats) so that we would have something easy to clean and be resistant to accidental snares. Delivery and setup were a breeze and now we have the perfect couch. I would highly recommend their service and furniture quality and give Jacob a hollor when you're there!"
