We Have to canceled the order last week because it was just up dating every month for the next one till December. They never called or pay any attention to our order. So very disappointed for the way they treat us. Just think about if you want something that is not in stock."

My discomfort is not with this store in particular, although in reality the curbside pickup process is horrible, but I think it is in all stores. My discomfort is with customer service in general. Today I started a chat with Osvaldo, a great, attentive and kind guy. That he tried to help me with my problem. However, when I escalated to another department (advance care furniture department), Cesar helped me. That the customer service department is here to help you, that statement is negative. Zero help and no options, zero empathy and zero collaboration. I will never shop with you again. By the way, I am verifying and analyzing your return and refund policy. Everything I have purchased for this project that I can return and receive a refund will be returned."

They put 100% of their effort into a showroom experience but when it comes to deliveries, customer service post-sale, answering the phones or emails, forget about it. I wish I never spent a dime with this company, they have given me nothing but headaches since my purchase."

"If you're not sure your approach to designing your home, work with Holly. She is incredible! She's patient and offers great insight to design and will do everything she can to make sure you walk of feeling that you got what you wanted. Only downside is that the store doesn't carry a lot of inventory, so you'll probably end up waiting to have your things delivered but it's worth the wait."
