"I ordered two nightstands and a dresser on 7/28/23. After many months of defensive and false promises of upcoming shipping the nightstands finally arrived 4 months later in November. We patiently waited for the matching dresser while again getting messages of false shipping expectations over and over and ultimately, they canceled the order in December saying their vendor didn't have it in stock. They were rude, defensive, and lied over and over again. They ultimately gave me a pathetic partial refund for the dresser that I paid in full up front and now they are ghosting me and not responding to my inquiries about the partial refund. I lost hundreds of dollars with this order. This is not an honorable, honest, or professional organization. Be warned, they will lie and rip you off. I can't wait to see what their lying response will be."

"I placed a $7,000 order January 2023 and I still haven’t received my full order and it’s almost August, despite that at the time the order was placed the timeframe quoted was 4-8 weeks. I’ve had to follow up and ask for updates and tracking for every item because the owner never provided. I’ve spoken to her over the phone and it seems that the items on the website are not in stock and the owner is advertising product that isn’t there. Seems like she’s posting photos, making a sell, then buying it from the vendor with that money. This has created a terrible customer service experience for me because I’ve had to wait months to furnish my home and later learned that I could have shopped directly with the vendor and got the same items cheaper and faster. When asked for a discount due to the delays, I was told no because I bought the items with a New Year discount code already. The owner doesn’t take accountability for the shipping delays and chooses to blame her vendors, she takes weeks to respond to emails, and isn’t apologetic at all. I will never shop here again and my advice is to Google the description of the furniture and you’ll likely find it somewhere else for much less. I would hate for anyone else to have the same experience I did."
