Very unprofessional they need better help on the phones and the wait times are ridiculous just as bad as spectrum or att my furniture came broken with foot prints all over it I was promised a delivery today I’ve been trying to reach someone all day because no one called and now they’re telling me they don’t see it and this girl has me on hold forever just to get a manager!!!"

"Katy distribution center is a joke. I paid in full for two 6 pieces bedroom sets. I get a call from the delivery driver telling me he would be here in 45 min. Those guys were here for about 10 minutes before Bel Katy called me to tell me they would be here between 10-2 and the guys were already here… which the delivery guys were great! Very respectful and got everything in quick. What Katy failed to mention is they didn’t have the bed frame for one of the 6 piece sets. Then I called and yeah I chewed their butt out. How do I have everything else for the bed but the bed frame! I got transferred 3 times until I got the manager who was rude as well! I told her to come tell my daughter why she has to sleep on the floor with a mattress and my other daughter has a full bed set… she then hung up on me. Guess she realized she messed up. She tried to blame the clute location. I went to the store and saw they have nothing from Katy location that they weren’t delivering the full set. This is my for the worst experience with the Katy location. If you’re going to get stuff delivered I would highly recommend them use a different location to get your items delivered."

Our clients’ needs will continue to take top priority, and we will continue to offer quality at a reasonable price. My rating is actually zero stars. They don’t deserve even a half of star. The chest came to us like this because the delivery people try to cover it up by leaning it up against the wall so we wouldn’t notices it. This also could have happened at the manufacture company and they let a faulty chest slip by. I would never purchase from Bel Furniture ever again and I’m quite sure there’s more bad reviews than what’s list because this manufacture furniture is trash. All we wanted was a replacement."

"If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would..I would not order from them ever again and I advise anyone else who is planning on ordering from them NOT too..they are very unprofessional.. I ordered a dining room table set in August it’s October still haven’t got my chairs. They always say they will call and they don’t. I even asked them to ship my order to a location and I’ll pick it up myself. After calling them constantly and being told my order will be on the next truck well the next truck turned into the next one..still nothing..finally I called again they say it’s ready again I had to call them.. I drive to the location just to find out all of my order isn’t there.. they argued me down I didn’t order nothing but 2 chairs until I showed them the confirmation…Then it was yes you right you did order 4 chairs they owe you 2 more.. one lady even tried to show me the paperwork the numbers was wrong I had to correct her..Jesus....not even the amount I paid for on the paperwork. (verified by my online receipt and bank statement) one thing about me I’m very educated(college b/s) and it don’t take a dummy to know what the heck was going on.. they sat there looking at each other crazy..then another person took the same paper to the manger and was like look how they did these numbers they messed up her order.. the manager told me to call the main office over a mistake they made its simple math 2x2=4. a box with a quantity of 2 is only 2 chairs not 4.. but I did call the main office.. same situation it will be on the next truck it wasn’t waited and called again they say it’s pending..called the main office.. it’s pending.. when the money was took out of my account it wasn’t pending. It’s simple I just want what I paid my money for.. called customer service asked to talk to a manager or corporate. Instead of transferring me she said you have a good day ma’am and hung up. Never said anything negative just asked to talk to corporate or management. She hung up in my face. Now if I would of went up there and went off I would of been in the wrong and would have been looked at as the angry female.. but I am going to corporate over my chairs which I paid my money for in full nothing financed. They need to show their customer service reps. how to be professional or move them to another area. I’m pretty sure they not making that much money by answering the phone to be rude and disrespectful to customers that’s bringing them business."

"It's was awesome experience, we bought a dinner table, but my wife didn't like it, so we returned, and the treats us very nice and no hassle at all we just exchanged for another one, the person on the reception, was Monica and Ana, they were very kind, besides the help we ending buying some a coffee tables.. I recommend this store to anyone."
