"We had a very good experience with Floor and Decor. Judith was arguably one of the best people to work with. We had an idea of the kind of floors that we wanted and color and once we informed Judith, she directed us to exactly what we were looking for. She paired us with a contractor who was very professional, on time and completed the job a day earlier than expected (well mainly because we emptied out the rooms ourselves so all they had to do is pull the carpet and lay the floors lol). "I have been shopping at Floor and Decor for years as a Pro customer. They have always had a great selection, wonderful prices and friendly service. However, this time was by far the best. I only had 15 minutes to order and pick up my order. Benny, the Pro Service manager was able to take my order, get my order of 16 boxes of tiles, thin set and grout and load it into my car all within 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it!
