I have purchased a few items with them, i.e. washer and dryer and a now refrigerator and Colin the individual that I worked with purchasing the refrigerator was very helpful and very courteous and was very patient and took the time to explain everything to me. The manager Abby was also very professional and courteous and pleasant to deal with recommend Conns of Katy Texas."

"I was sold 4 items under false misleading information from the store manager and the sales person, they told me my contract said it was 0 percent for 12 months, they told me that my credit qualification was 0 percent for 12 months. They refuse to honor the terms I was told by them , customer service refuses to help me and I honestly feel scammed by this Company, definitely reporting this company so hopefully this corporation can get audited and gets liable for the poor actions towards clients. I will be posting the whole proof video interaction to social media as well to share my poor experience, in the video you can see them acknowledging their mistake and insinuating me that they dont care and wont do anything about it , and how I am screwed by their actions.Dont buy there , im sure they will keep scamming consumers under false information. Even after escalating the issue to the new store manager , they refuse to help me."

He was very knowledgeable of all the products around the store. Never felt pressure about buying anything. Instead, he was extremely helpful. I ended up buying a set of a washer and a dryer, and after looking at many options, I got exactly what I needed. Thank you, Mr. Patel."

"Mr. Ruperto Rodriguez was amazing! He helped us through the process of buying our table and he was very quick and knowledgeable. He explained everything to my husband and we were able to pick up the table same day at the warehouse. FYI we were at the warehouse for an hour and a half. Definitely worth it though! When we got home our table was so gorgeous!"
