"Landmark Furniture doesn't actually exist at this location. It's only the mattress store which is apparently a sister company to Landmark. Drove a distance to get here and they dropped that little knowledge nugget on me."

"The purchase was easy however the store looked run down as the carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed in quite some time and everything was pushed together as the store was being painted (painting is something that should be done after hours, IMO). The signage was leaned up against most beds making it very hard to see everything. The sales associate didn’t explain what the features of the mattress did for you, but rather repeated the basic stats."

"My mother bought a bed frame and mattress from this store. The store employee was nice and helped her with her order and told her if she was not satisfied with it she could return with no problem. Unfortunately, the delivery was not at the time they told her and the Bed frame was NOT the color she had order and the mattress was not what she expected. She immediately called and they told her that she could not return. She is very upset and does not want the order. Do NOT but from the furniture store. They lied to my mother. We will be putting in a complaint to the BBB and the Attorney General for fraud and taking average of an older lady."
