"Ann was a fantastic asset to our furniture buying experience, she explained the pricing and was extremely helpful and did not make us feel pressured unlike other businesses in the area. We went to several other furniture stores before coming here, and wish we would have started here. The prices are very reasonable with a wide selection. We walked in looking for a dining room set and ended up with a dining set and living room side tables and coffee table. She was extremely helpful and friendly in helping match the sets. 10/10 recommend shopping here and asking for Ann!! Personable, friendly, and knowledgeable!"

"I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The furniture I purchased was damaged upon receipt. I immediately reached out to the company for assistance, hoping for a quick resolution. However, their response was far from satisfactory. Instead of taking responsibility for the damaged furniture, they gave me the runaround. The only form of communication was via email per their company policy. After sending several emails back & forth in which they stopped responding to, it became clear that they had no intention of resolving the problem. Regrettably, I didn't think to check their reviews before making my purchase. It turns out that many other customers had similar experiences. When I filtered the reviews to see the lowest ratings, I discovered a multitude of complaints about receiving damaged furniture and the company's refusal to provide any resolution. To make matters worse, there were numerous complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding the same issue. It was disheartening to realize that this company had a pattern of not standing behind the furniture they sold. Needless to say, I will never be purchasing from this company again. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, as they clearly prioritize profit over quality and customer service. If you do decide to purchase from them, be prepared to take a risk with your hard-earned money."

"If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. I paid cash for my furniture and when it was delivered, it was damaged but the deliver didn’t inform us. Only after they left we noticed the damage. When I contacted the store to informed them about what happened I was told to send an email to customer service. I went a month before anything got resolved and Jennifer that calls to confirm delivery was rude and hung up the phone in my face. She works at the Katy store location. The office manager Stephanie is never in the office to resolve any issues and she gets to work late everyday per her staff. These people were not open to helping especially when I have paid my hard earned cash for trash along with their elementary level attitudes and thinking. Keep your money and go to a real store. Supernova eluded awesome customer service and their furniture was delivered as should."

"Visited Katy Furniture for a living room set and dining room table and Ann was the best to assist!! She stayed checking to see if we needed any assistance and also answered any question in detail! Guess what we walked out there with dining and living room set! You rock Ann! Oh by the way the store have some amazing choices!"
