"The majority of the staff was very nice, except this one woman that was extremely rude, refused to look us in the eye, and didnt even greet us when we came up to the register, even though she had been extremely nice to the people before and after us. When my daughter asked how much an item cost, she rudely told her that it was a display and walked off, no explanation. Bad customer service from that one person, but everyone else was great. The products are very cute and well made."
