"Same day printing service? Not at this location. Everytime I've been here there's absolutely no one shopping in this store. Went in yesterday to check on my order and was told there's only two people there and there hasn't been any printing services for 2 days but assured me my order would be ready today. They're closed today... Like why is customer service so difficult?! Looking for a way to cancel my order."

"I went to get counterfeit pens for my store. I go in ask were they were located I found them I look toward the register the cashier is sitting on the counter on her phone I get closer and she jumps down. I go to pay with cash she states I don’t have change just ones. I said ok you can keep the change just give me the bills. So she opens the register the receipt didn’t print so she goes to the other register to print it again. I said you didn’t give me my change. Calls the other guy to come. She say he said he didn’t want his change I said do you really think I’m gonna give you $13 . He is looking at the receipt confused. I said gave her $20 she owes me the $13.85. She said she had no change just ones. I told her to just give me the bills. I was amazed at that whole situation. I won’t be going to this one again"

"The cashier was nice, but the workers in the printer service workers didn't seem to care. And they were a tad rude. I went to another OfficeMax or Office Depot, and they helped me with no problem."

"Went to this store for office furniture with the intent on buying a full set for our home office. Not once were we acknowledged or asked if we needed help after 20 minutes in the store and we were the only people in the store. My wife asked to use the bathroom and was told that it wasn't open to the public. After explaining that we were shopping for furniture the cashier rudely stated (without looking up from her phone) that the restrooms were dirty and hot and she wouldn't want to use it anyway. We'll give someone else our money. That's probably why the store is empty all the time."
