The whole process was very easy and communicated very well with the whole shipping cost. When the item was delivered it was packed very well (maybe too well) it took alot of us to unwrap all the chairs but the beautiful chairs were not danged underneath. He made the process very easy and painless. Jose knew this was a huge investment for our venue and big expenditure so he was always available for our questions (some we asked several times), he always had an answer or found an answer for us quickly.
