"Not recommended it’s awful they charge you extra bills and stuff on everything, I had to move to a different unit because of water leaks, dog poop and cockroaches everywhere, I didn’t want to move but I had no choice it was Their fault I missed my work and had damaged my clothes because of the water leaks and all, they charged me fees for utilities for moving to different units instead of compensating me for all the loss I took. As soon as I turned in the key they called me and told me about the final bill not while i was in the process of moving, they set me up if they told me about all the bills I had to pay I probably stay in their stinky apt till my lease expire but no they waited till I moved everything and decide to call. if you’re simple they take advantage of you I’m fed up I don’t write reviews but I felt I had to share what I went thru so one one goes thru this here. the exterminator dont give you chance to show them where the roches at they leave the sec they enter the apt and try to charge you for not cooperating with them we didn’t bring the roaches to their apt why we paying? Few Pictures on the bottom of my why I had to move because of their fault and their clients problem. Pictures doesn’t do justice to how bad it actually was."

"Not a terrible place to live, but way too expensive for what you get. I’m paying almost 1400$ for no washer and dryer and paper thin walls. The laundry mat has homeless people in it constantly. Also, several times I’ve had someone knock on my door at 8am to check the water temperature. Not a terrible place but a lot of small problems. Haven’t had any trouble with neighbors and maintenance and office staff have been kind and helpful. Also they seem to really like to host get togethers"

"It’s okay. For the price it’s okay. I hate the roaches, I’m afraid to cook because every time I’ve tried they come out! I’ve had a lizard in my apartment as well probably looking for bugs. I get my apartment sprayed regularly and try to keep a clean home but they still come back. People smoke so much it seeps through the walls and my throat gets hoarse and my bathroom smells the worst with smoke because I think my neighbor smokes in their bathroom. The hallways stink like smoke. My clothes smell like smoke. I have sensitive skin but since moving here my skin has reacted to something and I can’t figure it out. My AC has broken thankfully that got fixed but it was a hot minute. Then the heater stopped working as well recently but they resolved it. Maintenance is quick and I appreciate that, but it’s definitely been an experience here these past 5 months."

"wanna give a huge shoutout to this complex from the way the gym and lounge is to the way the pool is maintained. been living here 2 years and can say that maintenance hands down is amazing any work order that iv put in has usually been taken care of promptly by jay (one of the maintenance guys) he has always been professional and an easy going individual. when my kitchen pipe was messed up he was a huge help in assuring me the complex would get it taken care of and allowing me to use equipment to make things easy until the work was complete. Very next day of my complaint a huge hole was dug to repair the pipe and it did not inconvenience me whatsoever. couldn't have asked for a better person to help out and give some peace of mind then jay the complex is lucky to have him and the management is great as well never once rude. people and business care goes along ways thanks management and thanks jay ( also a huge shout out to the event coordinators every month is a treat when they cook or have fun events def worth it guys)"

"Awesome community with an awesome staff! The property has improved greatly since ownership and management changed. There have been new amenities including a hydroponic garden stand and an outdoor kitchen area. New shading at the pool, new playground, and new outdoor seating area and furniture."
