"In my experience management has been extremely easy to work with and communicative. Maintenance is friendly and responsive. I live on the 4th floor. There have been a few issues with the unit that I wish had been dealt with in a more timely fashion but nothing outrageous, mistakes happen and everyone was apologetic. The unit itself is beautiful and faces the 4th street bridge with tall windows. You can get a lot of noise from traffic and the occasional crazy person shouting at night but your choosing to live downtown, so I don’t know what you would be expecting. You can also get peaceful silence or the low hum of traffic on a Sunday morning, after an event at Yum let’s out the ambient chatter of the crowd can be a zen moment. I’m really enjoying my time here. Internet and cable are free. My only real gripe is the lack of entry from the Main Street entrance - I believe they’re working on that - and the elevators can be a bit dodgy."
"Lived on the north side of the 4th floor for a year and half. Experienced an intolerable amount of noise from the 2nd street bridge. The old single-pane windows are lousy and make controlling the climate very difficult. Cold and drafty in the winter and the A/C unit was unable to dry the air in the summer (80F/80%RH). Living by the Yum Center and near work was convenient, but other than that, living downtown sucks. No grocery store (Omni doesn't count), parking is a pain, and you'll have to plan your life around the Yum Center Schedule. This place has a premium price for Louisville, but your money is better spent in other neighborhoods in my opinion. If you must live downtown, I'd recommend looking at the Henry Clay, Glassworks, or Crescent Center. Also worth noting that the first review, "Reynold" is an employee of property owner."
"The one star rating is for the fact that I am moving from California to Louisville just to see rent prices the same. This is way overpriced for KY. This is sad to see rent hikes in a state with no economy or good incomes."
