"Incredible Rugs is a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! This was not a quick journey to purchase, so I called them numerous times to ask about shipping, return policies, sample rugs, sizes, fabrics, pads, etc. First of all, they answer the phone quickly. Everyone who answered the phone was pleasant and very knowledgeable. So I first ordered several small sample rugs to put in our home to see how the colors and fabrics match. The samples arrived very quickly, before Thanksgiving. Incredible Rugs also has a very generous return policy, unlike other companies. (With other companies, you are stuck with the sample rugs that you ordered, and there are no refunds. Not the case with Incredible Rugs!) We took our time making a decision and then ordered a 9 x 12 foot Surya Pune PUN-2302 area rug. It arrived so quickly!! And then returning the sample rugs was a breeze. They send you the mailing label and RMA code asap. We LOVE this rug!! It is high quality, super soft, and has extremely vibrant colors that match our decor perfectly. It looks like a painting on the floor!! Could not be happier with this rug and this company. You will LOVE Incredible Rugs!!!"

"I ordered two rugs, one small and one large. I will be honest that I panicked on this order because I am accustomed to some of the very large corporations that do mail order. There was a little confusion over when the order would ship and I became worried. I had recently experienced a couple of not-good online purchases with entirely other businesses and feared the worst. I even complained. I was a little annoying, I’m sure. Guess what? They didn’t skip a beat. They were kind, courteous and helpful. The small rug worked perfectly, but I could tell the color would not be right for a large rug. They allowed me to cancel and promptly refunded me. I will absolutely shop again because of the way they handled my concerns. The prices are great too. I strongly recommend this company. In fact, I will be shopping again soon."

"Amazing Customer Service. I ordered a very large rug. Before processing the order, they emailed me to let me know that even though the rug could be returned, it would have to be returned via freight, and it was costly. Instead, they sent me a sample of the rug so I could make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The sample didn’t match the room, so I ended up not purchasing the rug. But I absolutely will purchase from them in the future (once I figure out what I want). Thank you!"

"GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE A little tentative when deciding to buy a rug on-line, and I had questions about return policy, delivery time, etc. Called Incredible Rugs' 800 line expecting to most likely speak to a third party call center somewhere; instead, Jennifer answered and explained that she was sitting there in the store in Texas. She couldn't have been more helpful. She answered every question I had, and everything she alluded to came true. This beautiful rug was delivered on-time and in perfect condition.
