"What a disgraceful store manager, who aggressively stood behind their store return policy with an unapologetic arrogance, so unbecoming in what is supposedly a luxury boutique. I have shopped there a few times before, but this experience was shockingly rude. I received a Christmas gift and was hoping to exchange it towards another item, BUT... because it was purchased during the pre holiday customer appreciation sale and therefore discounted- these 2 items can not be exchanged. How, as the gift recipient was I to know this? Especially since I called last week and was told differently. Her unkind approach was offensive and inflexible beyond belief. So much for " customer appreciation"!"
"This is the place to go if you dont want to go to five different stores looking for a gift for someone OR for yourself! Always a huge selection that is constantly changing. I sometimes go 3 times in one month just to see what new items there are. The staff are friendly and if you are feeling anti-social then just tell them you are just looking and they leave you alone. Otherwise if you like to chat they are happy to discuss any topic with you. Lovely place to walk around and escape the heat!"
"Great Shop to buy fun gifts! When you want that special something that no one else will have at the party this is the place to come! Beautiful gift wrapping (not a fabric bag like amazon!) and a huge selection for those "I dont know what to buy" moments. The employees are always willing to offer suggestions and if you tell them your budget they help you get the most bang for your buck. Happy that we have this store so near by! Thanks Bechants!!"
