"I've patronized Cosas for at least a decade. Tried to turn in an item(a necklace that fell apart on first try) for storecredit and Amy was rude and refused to help gather enough information for the correct receipt. It is an ALL SALES FINAL if you do not keep their old school handwritten paper receipt which they are dishonest about until you try, once in a decade to return. Will never go back. Will patronize minority owned businesses that treat me as a loyal customer. Not these owners"
