"I recently visited Toyota of Boerne for routine maintenance and, while generally satisfactory, I encountered a few notable issues. Firstly, the cleanliness post-oil change was subpar, with noticeable residue left beneath my vehicle. This oversight was disappointing and easily avoidable with more thorough cleanup. Additionally, I had concerns about the tire rotation. Upon inspection, it appeared the wheels were not torqued to manufacturer specifications. This is my second experience with loose lug nuts at Toyota of Boerne. Despite timely completion and overall staff competence, these shortcomings undermine my confidence in the workmanship.
