"Two cashiers. Not busy. I am standing in line when the cashier motions to lady in other line that she was there first and to come over to her line in front of me. The lady came over and got in line in front of me telling me how sorry she was and this was not right. I just left the older Hispanic ladies line and got over in younger cashiers line. But if it had been someone else they would have been mad. I will not return to this store."
"The store no longer has regular hours. I have gone in the middle of the day during the week and they are closed. I just tried to go there at 5:30 on the Saturday before Christmas, there are three employees in the store, but they are still closed with the door locked."
"I don’t usually do reviews and I doubt anything will be done but…. I would like to start by saying Aniya is wonderful and even overwhelmed and a line all the way back to the frozen section and computers running slow, she still greeted everyone with a smile and was so sweet. To the so called manager with purple hair and the older short haired employee working— don’t hide in the office and watch a staff member drown, don’t go and belittle the only person working and scold in front of customers and don’t walk to the back and hide from working when you see the line all the way to the back of the store. Do better or go home and quit collecting a free paycheck because you definitely don’t exude good customer service. Sharon should clean shop, hire people who want to work and promote Aniya. The other two are sub par and that’s being kind saying even that."
"I went today for a few things and only one cashier the line was almost back to frozen food. Nobody stocking and the cashier was overwhelmed. The manager should have been there helping out. This is horrible. I put my stuff down and walked out. Hire more people and 2 people should be cashiers all the time."
"Went there on a quiet Saturday evening to pick up a few last minute items for Halloween. We were greeted immediately by a very friendly staff member named Donny. As we were checking out, he made sure we found everything we needed, and even gave our boys some small treats! Very unexpected and pleasant surprise."
