"The personnel in the garden dept at Home Depot are delightful. 4 stars because this particular Home Depot is unnecessarily averse to giving store credits on non-receipt returns. My first time trying to return some (unopened) window glaze. Verified by Home Depot Corporate it is just THIS store's issue. Keep your receipts if you shop here!"
"Customer service at this location is always hit and miss.. The garden section always is friendly and helpful but our experience with appliances and their door section has been a nightmare! As of now I'm waiting on some custom made doors and it took weeks of tracking them down to get the order processed, the total kept changing with each new person to handle the order and now for the delivery estimate they won't return calls! We waited for 30minutes in store to get some feedback and by the time an employee came to help us he couldn't answer questions bc it wasn't his department and he said we will have a call from the right person to help later the same day.. which to no ones surprise we have not received any calls or any communication. We have lives in many places and always used Home Depot but this location is the worst. Hopefully they make some changes soon to protect the care and reliability that homedepot brand used to be related too"
"We came for four pallets of top soil and mulch . The Nursery center team are awesome!!! The guy with the cowboy hat Jack that assisted us with loading was the greatest ! He greeted everyone and was utilizing him self greatly in every area... cashier's we're great!! They were assisting every Customer and lacked employees but we're super helping everyone out. They are a great asset to this company. Love this location...From San Antonio"
