"Made one request in 6 years of residence. Was made to feel like I asked for a big ask. The ask was could they let in the pest control while I was out of the country. It was an honest accident. I ended up canceling. Otherwise, they leave you alone and are relatively friendly."

"I gave this place 2 stars because the place is in terrible shape. My daughter rented from them because she’s going to UT Martin and needed a place to live close to school and with good access to the internet. The neighborhood where her apartment is has been a rough neighborhood for a while. That would be forgivable if the apartment was nice. But she had plumbing problems in the kitchen from the get go. The electronic stove had problems as well. No washer and dryer hook ups so she ended up bringing her laundry to our house. The walls are painted green paneling...not a pretty green. The stairs and railing leading up to her apartment, which have since been fixed, were very unsafe when she moved in. The sad part is that, at the time she moved in, there were very few apartments available in Martin. So I am sure what happens is the owner figures desperate college kids will just have to take what they can get and damned be any repairs that need to be made. Just put a bandaid on those and forget it. The moral of the story is don’t rent apartments from these guys by the yellow fever cemetery in Martin, Tennessee. UPDATE: Her apartment is under new management now...they aren’t fixing anything until she moves out apparently. Sounds like more of the same. Not worth what my daughter is paying in rent."
