"It's decent. No laundry hook-up. Dude fixes just about everything with duct tape. Doesn't update anything except his security cameras. Smoke detectors didn't even have batteries. He also raises rent without issuing a new lease."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Warning Hal Song is scandalous and very vindictive. I moved in Sept 3,2021. Everything was fine at first i mentioned i had my two baby girls 3&4 and a micro yorkie which was my ESA due to my deployment in 2020. He said ok mentioned nothing at all except rent was 520. So it would be 1040 to move in. Recently starting march he then came to my door with a notice stating i owed 1000 dollar pet deposit. But she is an ESA(emotional support animal) and she shouldnt be charged as a pet she is a service animal by federal law and i have documents. I have called the police to have as witness and show him my documents he closed the door in my face. Later we went to court and was not granted the 1000 dollar pet fee so in retaliation for not getting his way he evicted me and my two babies. We had to leave in 10 days. He didnt even care he was evicting babies too young to understand whats going on. They just know we had to pick up and leave. He has harrassed us many times cops were called 3 times to keep him away from me. Even after speaking to the cops and knowing he isnt supposed to speak to us anymore he came with a notice to vacate as if we were breaking the lease to try and get money from april to sept as a early termination but judgement was he took possession and nothing was owed except court fees. If anyone reads this please do not go here he is greedy, a bully, and very sheisty."

"This place is not good!!!!! I helped my daughter move in and she wasn’t there a week and got bitten up with bed bugs!!!roaches was also present but bed bugs where coming out of the walls. Owner was so rude and nasty and swears it was spiders we have video and everything. After we moved out we left place cleaner than it was before we moved in, he refused to give us damage deposit. $475. When I confronted him he threaten me and made me fell unsafe I just left and will take it as a loss. This place was a nightmare!! My daughter was so happy to move in her first apartment it was so disappointing."

"DON’T RECOMMEND! I witnessed the owner assault his son, go to jail and then make up lies to kick out his Wife & Son to steal their Airbnb business. He kicked out a tenant that also witnessed the assault and gave a statement to the police. At one point I thought he was going to come after me for witnessing it. I have since moved and don’t have the anxiety I used to have living there. He also has CAMERAS EVERYWHERE and watches your every move and charges you when you have a guest spend the night and charges you for repairs that should be taken care of, like the AC. He wanted me to pay for a new AC after it broke, a new Central AC Unit. Things were great when his son and wife were running the place, but they are no longer there."

"I've been living here for 3 years since Fall of 04. It is a lot nicer inside then outside. The only one time I need repair ,the new landlord fix it right away. Before it was own by Martin rental and I don't find them friendly to me. The new landlord is ok. The insulation is not very good so you can hear neighbor talking and upstairs walking if you are on the ground floor. I can't really complain much. I enjoy living there."
