"New owners since last year. Have stayed there over the years, since Martin is my hometown. Still the same low price, but these owners have put a lot a lot a lot ofnwork into it. New floors throughout, all hard floors, no more carpet. Brand new beds, super comfy. Newer hvac units in the rooms i saw. Saw a frat review about sheets, I saw New sheets and new towels, most places have spotty towels and sheets, not this place anymore. Super impressed with the changes. Also convenient FULL SIZED laundromat owned by the hotel ON THE PROPERTY. Perfect for short or long term stays. Think it should be mandatory that when a place switches owners the old reviews fall off and they get to make their own, so with that being said 10/10 recommend and definitely kudos to the new owners for turning the place into a whole new experience without price gouging like other hotels in town. A much more homey feel than other hotels in the area."

"My frat brothers and I have stayed at LEN Haven for homecoming the past ten years,we noticed that they got rid of the rugs and now have tiled floors.However we really think it's time they get rid of those flower comforters,we have old pics showing the same sheets.I just don't believe a company is still making those comforters, but other than that we love THE HAVE!"

"This place is really nice and clean. And has awesome water pressure. And you can't beat the price. We have stayed twice in the last 2months for softball tournaments and plan on staying again for the next one. :) I highly recommend this place."

"My cousin and family, including 2 boys 9 and 11, stayed here at Christmas a few years ago. After being hesitant about staying at the Len Haven, they were most happy to find clean, quiet, adequately furnished lodging at a reasonable rate, as the property is pretty old. They had reservations at a large chain hotel but could not stay there with the family dog. The Len Haven does allow dogs."
