"Moved in a year before they sold to skyhawk rentals, had to pay a new security deposit because they said the first wasn’t with them. So lost that. Then they denied us our actually security deposit when we moved out, claimed we stayed an extra month that we didn’t, then charged us an additional $400 for “cleaning” and $200 for removal of “left items” (items that came with the apartment). Honestly you’d be better out building a hut out of twigs and strains of grass than dealing with these people, but good luck either way."

"Kim has been fantastic in helping me. From basic information, filling out application, keeping me informed to signing the lease. If she didn’t have the information I wanted she would get me the information. Not “whenever “ she got around to it, but immediately. She has been professional and very pleasant. The whole staff have been exemplary. Insuring a stress free experience of finding an apartment and moving in. The apartment may be a little outdated. But they insured everything worked and was thoroughly cleaned before I moved in. The grounds are well kept. The exercise room is loaded with so many different machines and equipment. The pool is HUGE, and different depths. I intend to use it every day. Bottom line… I am EXTREMELY happy with everything I have encountered so far!"
