"When I moved in Belinda (the owner) pointed out some spots in the floor that were bad (but not too bad for me to care). She went on to explain that when I move out I would not be charged for those spots. I EVEN KEPT RECORD OF THE SPOTS. When I moved out she charged me for not having the carpet steam cleaned. That carpet HAD to be replaced. I had it looking exactly what it looked like when I moved in. She also charged me for a few other miscellaneous things that were also BS. If you are thinking about going through martin realty... DON'T. She also tried charging me an extra month of rent... luckily I kept records and all my receipts."
