This elusive agent, who shall remain nameless for the sake of maintaining professional courtesy, has raised eyebrows for all the wrong reasons. One might assume that a real estate agent's primary goal is to market and sell properties with finesse, but this Houdini of the housing market appears to have missed the memo. Their communication skills, akin to a carrier pigeon with a GPS malfunction, have left homeowners feeling like they're shouting into a void. Attempting to pin down this agent for a simple conversation proved to be an Olympic-level challenge. Call after call to see if they would list the house was just echoes of unanswered voicemails reverberated through the frustration. It's a curious phenomenon – these agents who demand top-dollar commissions seem to develop a sudden case of selective deafness when the phone rings. It's an age-old adage that actions speak louder than words. In this case, the agent's actions – or lack thereof – are deafening. We were left wondering, why should we entrust the sale of their prized possession to someone who can't even return a call? It's a bit like hiring a chef who won't disclose the ingredients but insists on a five-star review. What's equally baffling is the agent's reluctance to put their money where their mouth is. Sure, they're quick to demand a hefty commission, but when confronted with the prospect of a time-based reduction, suddenly, the conversation takes a turn. It seems the only thing more elusive than this agent's responsiveness is their willingness to stand by their promises. In the grand theater of real estate, transparency and communication should be the headlining acts. Unfortunately, our disappearing agent seems to have missed the memo. Perhaps they're too busy perfecting their vanishing act, leaving us to ponder whether they've unwittingly signed up for a real estate magic show without the magic. After all, in a world where your home is your castle, shouldn't the gatekeeper at least answer the drawbridge call? This is why we don't recommend this agency."

"Logan Diebold of Wendell Alexander Realty was scheduled to show our house within 90 minutes after the call at 4 pm. We left the house. There was no sign of the agent and his clients after an hour. We called our agent and there was no response from Logan. Does he know what a cell phone is. Very poor customer service that is not worthy of your business. I would hate for others to be treated like this. I know its not a perfect world but when Logan's response was received 3 hours later and he says he forgot...there is no reason to give business to this firm unless you want to be treated like this."
