"I looked online for reviews for the Mattress Firm at 3601 S Cooper St. Several of them mentioned how great an employee named Jon was. We went there hoping we may be lucky, and he would wait on us. When we got there the employee on duty was not any better than just OK. I sure was hoping that he was not the Jon I had read about. Not being pleased with the service we decided to venture down Cooper St about a mile to another Mattress Firm location. The employee there was marginally better but still not all that helpful, so we decided to venture back up Cooper to a Sleep Experts location that was just across the street from the first Mattress Firm. The gentleman at that store was wonderful and helpful in every way. He was anxious to answer any question and made excellent suggestions. I found out that Sleep Experts is owned by, and operated the same as Mattress Firm. We bought an expensive bed from him and still felt it was a good value. When we were doing the paperwork at the end, I noticed that the gentleman’s name was Jon. At that point the lightbulb in my head came on and I proceeded to recount my shopping experiences of the day to him. He told me he was supposed to be working at the first store we had gone to that day but the employee at the Sleep Experts had called in that morning, so his boss asked him to fill in there. Upon hearing that I felt that it was destiny that led us there. Your company is very lucky to have Jon."
