"I stopped in this morning planning on renting a chainsaw. I went to the rental department and talked to Rodney, and after a short conversation he told me to bring my chainsaw into the store for him to take a look at it. He said that the chain was on backwards. He put it on the right way and saved me alot of money. Rodney, and Rob, are really great guy's and know their stuff! Home Depot on south Cooper!"
"Had ordered items at another store for pickup but was notified via phone they were not actually available. Was told items could be purchased at south Arlington. I was helped by a very knowledgeable and helpful associate named Chase. The items were not readily visible however he took the time to locate in the top stock shelves.Great example of excellent customer service. Thanks Chase for your help"
"A place are online order for items that all were in stock plenty in stock as a matter of fact and then the next morning at 8:00 a.m. all the sudden they didn't have any in stock. What's the point in online orders if it shows you have stock and then you get canceled. Is there no one to make sure they have the right inventory count. And if they're not does that mean just people can come in there and steal it and y'all wouldn't know that it's missing because nobody checks your count on shelf. Just as bad as Walmart."
"Sometimes it's a hit or miss with the service and product inventory. It's definitely a miss when it comes to using a military discount. The hubs is a veteran and he pretty much has to jump through hoops to use the discount. In my opinion, it's just lip service. Product inventory can be off at times and finding someone to assist can be a chore. We tend to get someone who is either really helpful or not helpful at all."
