"I'm very disappointed I went to Conn's and purchased over $6,000 worth of appliances, and I was told that my delivery date was three days later. Well, three days turned into five days. Lindsey, the manager, was not understanding of my situation. The reason why I bought a stove, fridge, and a dining table is because I don't have anything to cook in or to sit down to eat with my son. These people don't care and only care about their delivery policy, which, by the way, I'm paying for delivery and installation, so they are not doing this for free. I will not be referring anyone To Conns or coming back. Stay away from this location."

He was very knowledgeable of the product and offer other options of pick up since the item purchased was too big to fit in my car. "I went to Conn's to look at dishwashers. I found one but need to wait to buy it. I told David I wanted to look at other things. I went and checked the livingroom furniture. I found a sectional that I just love. David went over everything with me. Then I had to leave to get my phone from the repair shop. I came back and he had everything ready for us to do the paperwork. This was much better than some other stores"
